Autumn Renewal is inspired by the restorative nature of Autumn, a season that gently encourages us to slow down, reflect, and release what no longer serves us. Only then can we restore balance and step forward with renewed purpose.

Through Reiki and home energetics, I offer a calm and supportive space where both people and their living environments can reset, rebalance, and renew. By restoring harmony within ourselves and within the spaces we inhabit, we create the foundation for clarity, wellbeing, and new beginnings.

I’m Alison, a certified Reiki practitioner registered with the UK Reiki Federation. My journey into holistic healing began following a 35 year career in development of new drug therapies for cardiovascular disease, infections, and cancer. After a personal reset in 2023, I’ve now followed my heart toward a more personal and intuitive path to supporting the health of others by offering Reiki treatments that nurture the whole person.

As someone with a degree in Pharmacy and a scientifically and data-driven mindset, I’ve been naturally curious about how Reiki works and its impact on our bodies and minds. I’m proud to be a member of the Centre for Reiki Research, which promotes rigorous studies into Reiki and other forms of energy medicine. I also believe that our surroundings, where we live, sleep, and work, play a vital role in our wellbeing. That’s why I offer Home Healing services, either as a standalone option or alongside Reiki treatments.
