At Autumn Renewal each treatment combines calm, unhurried conversation with a personalised Reiki session designed around what you need on the day. Sessions are never rushed and every treatment begins with understanding the person, not simply providing a treatment.
Whether you're seeking support for a particular challenge or simply time to rest and reconnect, my aim is to provide a calm, welcoming space where your wellbeing comes first.
The Pause
First Visit Consultation & Reiki Treatment

Your first visit is an opportunity to pause, breathe and simply be heard.
We begin with an unhurried consultation, giving you time to talk about what has brought you to Autumn Renewal, how you've been feeling, and what you hope to gain from your experience. Together, we will set a personal intention for your treatment and answer any questions you may have.
Your Reiki session combines gentle chakra balancing, which may incorporate intuitively selected crystals if requested, to encourage deep relaxation and a renewed sense of balance. Following your treatment, there is time for quiet reflection, grounding and aftercare guidance, allowing you to leave feeling calm, centred and restored.
This appointment is designed not simply as a treatment, but as the beginning of your personal renewal journey.
The Renewal
Continuing Reiki Treatment

For returning clients who wish to maintain their sense of balance and wellbeing.
Each session begins with a brief discussion about how you've been feeling since your previous visit, allowing your treatment to be tailored to your current needs.
Your Reiki treatment is designed to encourage relaxation, restore energetic balance and provide a peaceful space in which both body and mind can gently reset. Every session concludes with grounding and personalised aftercare guidance to support your wellbeing beyond the treatment room.
Many clients choose regular Renewal Sessions as part of their ongoing self-care practice, helping them remain resilient, balanced and connected throughout the year.
The Personal Realignment Programme
Four-Session Reiki Journey

Sometimes a single treatment is enough to provide a welcome sense of calm. At other times, life calls for a little more space, care and consistency.
The Personal Realignment Programme has been thoughtfully designed for those seeking a deeper sense of balance and renewal. Through four Reiki treatments, usually spaced one to two weeks apart, we work together to support lasting change at a pace that feels gentle and sustainable.
Your first appointment includes an extended consultation where we explore your individual circumstances, discuss your intentions and agree how we will reflect on your progress throughout the programme.
Each subsequent treatment builds upon the last, providing time for your body and mind to integrate each experience while gradually restoring a greater sense of calm, clarity and wellbeing.
Many clients find that this structured approach allows them to experience a deeper and more enduring sense of renewal than a single session alone.
Your programme includes:

Reiki in the Comfort of Your Own Home
For some, the greatest luxury is not travelling anywhere at all.
If leaving home is difficult, your schedule is demanding, or you simply prefer the comfort and familiarity of your own surroundings, Autumn Renewal can bring the full Reiki experience to you.
Where space allows, I will create a peaceful treatment environment using a professional therapy couch, carefully selected crystals and everything needed to transform a quiet room into a calm, restorative sanctuary. For clients who are unable to lie comfortably, a seated Reiki treatment can be provided with the same care and attention.
Every home visit is approached with the same unhurried, personalised experience as an appointment in my treatment room, allowing you to relax completely before, during and after your session—without the need to travel.
Home visits are available throughout Cheshire and the surrounding areas. A modest travel supplement may apply for appointments outside the Knutsford area and will always be agreed in advance. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
