The Autumn Renewal Pause & Restore Experience brings a calm, restorative wellbeing session directly into your workplace, offering employees the opportunity to step away from their desks, reset and enjoy thirty minutes of uninterrupted relaxation.

Using gentle Reiki techniques, each individual session is designed to encourage deep relaxation, promote a sense of balance and provide valuable time for reflection in the middle of a busy working day.

A quiet, private meeting room can be transformed into a peaceful treatment space using a professional therapy couch, soft lighting and calming music, creating a restorative environment with minimal disruption to the working day.

Employees simply arrive for their allocated appointment and return to work feeling calmer, refreshed and ready to focus back on their day.
